At Tech. Sewing I back washed and painted my cushion and at sience we made a bouncy ball Out of chemicals that I can't remember we had to put the bouncy ball in a ziplock bag on on the bus back to shool it poped on Max's pants and it looked like he had peed his pants because his bouncy ball was orange then when we got back to shool we had to do dance but... It wasn't that bad to be honest it was alright.

At sewing I made a Haki sack I was just on my second Haki sack but then we had to pack up and at sience we looked trough a microscope at dirt,milo,orange peels, and skin of miss Snyder-Bishop's check but we didn't know what they were to start of with Max guessed it was a ceab claw and I thought it was an orange peel and I was right

Blenheim
Today I am going to Blenheim for a basketball tournament. I am playing for Canterbury at the nz tournament. It is a four three day tournament were we play two games a day excluding the finals. I'm going up with a team of 9 and we have been training every Sunday for five weeks. Hopefully we win the whole thing.
Something I've learnt
This week I learnt how to use a sewing machine at technology. Firstly you tu n it on at the wall then you out turn it on on the machine, then you line the material up with the foot and pull the foot down to compress the materials, lastly they out push for fut down to make the needle go(push harder for faster and softer for slower). Stair the material with your hands, like a car.

Koru games
The koru games were not so good because the basketball courts were terrible. I had fun playing. Asked all and catching up with people from Canterbury, I also met some new people from clear view and St. Thomas's. Halswell came 4th behind casebrook, at Thomas and clearview. Mrs dellaca bought the team an ice cream.

Writing speeches
My speech topic is about why people shouldn't use their cellphones while in public. I am onto the third

Tech
At tech this week I made pinwheel scones, first we added flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix it together, we then added soft butter and moxed to feel like bread crumbs. Next we made the cinnamon mixture, first we added melted butter, brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon then mixed it together we made this mixture about three times to fit our doug,. We then spreaded it on the dough and rolled it up then cut it into pieces. I had 8 scones and they were delicious. Our group then went to the field I bought stuff from the canteen. Then we went to science an played with Bunsen burners. We set magnesium on fire and it lit up like the sun and it hurt my eyes. Lily burnt her thumb in the Bunsen burner.
